Holmes Chapel Parish Council is an apolitical council on which Lib Dem Members Diane Tams and Rich Wilcox work alongside other parish councillors to serve residents.

At a Cheshire East level the Liberal Democrats have fought the seat of Dane Valley with Diane Tams running a strong campaign in 2023 based on her support as an effective and committed Parish Councillor.
